Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy
ManaKalyanam operates a strict no-refund policy. Once a payment is successfully processed — whether for wallet recharge, profile views, bureau subscriptions, or any other platform service — it is final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Wallet Recharges
Wallet top-ups made via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, or wallets) are non-refundable once the transaction is confirmed. Wallet credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or exchanged for money.
3. Profile View Charges
Charges deducted from your wallet for viewing profiles (₹1 per view after the free tier) are non-refundable. Once a profile is unlocked for your account, the charge stands regardless of whether you use the information.
4. Bureau Subscriptions
Bureau subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscription period has commenced, including in cases of voluntary cancellation, account suspension due to policy violations, or non-use of the subscription.
5. Technical Errors & Duplicate Charges
In the rare event of a verified technical error resulting in a duplicate deduction or a failed transaction where money was debited but the service was not delivered, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at support@manakalyanam.com with your Razorpay payment ID. We will investigate and, at our sole discretion, may issue a wallet credit (not a cash refund) for the affected amount.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider without first contacting us constitutes a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to permanently suspend accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks and to recover the disputed amount through legal means.
